Observation

During inspection of compliant, Licensor observed Teacher Vicki Solo grasping a toddler by the arm and pick them up, and teacher grasped and pull seated toddler by the arm to move them closer to the teacher. Instead of picking toddler up under the arm pit, holding their hand to redirect, or redirecting toddler with positive motivating vocal instruction. ?? "No observation provided."
